Deletion confirmation for critical resources

Deleting models, access tokens, and other critical resources from the UI now requires typing the resource name to confirm before the deletion goes through.

This is something users have been asking for. These are actions that cannot be undone and can cause immediate issues: a model with active integrations pointing to it, an access token embedded in running services. A single misclick was all it took. The confirmation step makes the action deliberate.
