The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team and help fuel WriftAI’s growth. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging potential customers, and helping shape early sales conversations. This role is ideal for a driven, communicative individual who loves talking to developers and technical decision-makers and wants to grow with a scaling AI infrastructure company.

Partner directly with the sales and product teams to shape early conversations and open new opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research potential customers, building lists and outreach strategies.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, calls, social, and developer communities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine ideal customer profiles and messaging.
  • Share insights from prospect conversations to help improve outreach, messaging, and qualification.
  • Help craft early-stage sales narratives that resonate with technical buyers.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or a related customer outreach role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Interest in AI, developer tools, and infrastructure.
  • Experience with CRM or sales tools is a plus.
